The upper house is House of Representatives, while the lower house is House of Peoples. The House of Representatives is composed of 98 members, while House of Peoples is composed of 58 members. In total, Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina is composed of 156 members. Members of the House of Representatives are chosen by secret ballot, while members of the House of Peoples are being chosen by each Cantonal legislature.〔(Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina )〕 The Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was formed after signing Washington agreement in March 1994. ==Powers== Powers of the Federal Parliament are described in the Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
